Hours
Normal business hours are 8am to 6pm. All other hours are billed at time and a half. Holidays are billed at double-time.

Glossary

Clean / update computer – This includes blowing out the computer case, perform virus and spyware scans, install operating system updates, defrag Hard drive.

Internet connection monitoring – Choose to receive an email or phone call if your network internet connection goes down.

Remote maintenance – A great choice to save time and money. Many common problems can easily be resolved without a 1 hr minimum service call to your location.

Remote Backups – Your critical data is automatically backed up to our secure, encrypted servers each night.

1-4 computers / server                            $135 / mo

Includes 2 hours of Tech Time, 24-hour response time (business hours), Remote Maintenance, Internet connection monitoring, Telephone support, Clean / update computers quarterly.

Additional hours @ $75/hr. After hours and weekends (time and half) @  $112.50/hr; min charge is $150.  Holidays (double time) @ $150/hr; min charge is $200.

Silver                                               
1-4 computers / server                            $190 /mo

Includes 3 hours of Tech Time, 8-hour response time (business hours), Remote Maintenance, Internet connection monitoring, Telephone support, Clean / update computers quarterly, 100mb of remote backup.

Backup software requires $50 one-time setup fee.  Additional hours @ $75/hr.

Gold
5-9 computers / server                            $300 / mo

Includes 5 hours of Tech Time, 4-hour response time including weekends, Remote Maintenance, Internet connection monitoring, Telephone support, Clean / update computers quarterly, 1000mb of remote backup, Monthly site visit.

Backup software requires $50 one-time setup fee. Additional hours @ $75/hr.

Platinum
10 - 40 computers / servers                     $480 / mo

Includes 8 hours of Tech Time, 2-hour response time including weekends, Remote Maintenance, Internet connection monitoring, Telephone support, Clean / update computers quarterly, 7000Mb of remote backup, Monthly site visit.

Backup software requires $50 one-time setup fee.  Additional hours @ $75 / hr.
