Yes, of course holidays mean you are busier than than you thought was possible, but with a little planning, keeping your website updated with specials, new products and sales doesn't have to take up a lot of time.
Remember, more than ever, customers are doing their shopping online. Even when they intend to make the actual purchase at a brick & morter store, time-strapped consumers are often doing the initial comparisons on the web. So, even if you don't offer online sales on your website, you can still benefit from letting costomers know you have what they are looking for.
